Description: Short Forms for Long Life is designed to calm your mind while awakening your body and spirit through slow meditative movements. The class introduces a combination of Tai Chi Tao, the eight essential yang style movements to create flowing chi and Qi Gong to release tension in your back and neck.

Jin An Wong has over 30 years of experience in martial arts and is a 3rd Generation Tai Chi instructor.
